About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to return to work and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments to identify recommendations for services, support, and/or assistive equipment.
  • Complete equipment trials in person with clients to ensure recommendations are safe and appropriate.
  • Provide education and support to clients and stakeholders to promote independence and well-being.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA.
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and kindness are essential.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A current Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
