Key Role

As a seasoned logistics professional, you will manage relationships, drive growth, and deliver excellence in this hybrid role as a Business Development & Account Manager - Logistics & Key Accounts.


To succeed in this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with annual sales budgets. This includes wining new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets, managing and growing a portfolio of key logistics clients to meet revenue and profitability targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.


Additionally, you will be responsible for providing market insights and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy, monitoring onboarding and first 90 days of trade to ensure satisfaction and integrity, and maintaining a strong on-going pipeline. Furthermore, you will foster and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, and maximise client's share of wallet.


Required Skills
  • Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain account management
  • Demonstrable history of new business development
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Commercial acumen and solution-based selling experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple layers within an organisation
  • Self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Effective presentation skills & interpersonal communication
  • Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
