Membership Engagement Role

We are seeking a skilled Membership Officer to build and maintain relationships with assigned member client associations, ensuring services are utilised.

  • Maintain regular contact and develop strong relationships with up to 200 assigned members, ensuring meaningful engagement every 6 months
  • Ensure assigned members are informed about current opportunities, services, and events
  • Enhance member participation at events and increase registration sales
  • Implement a seamless membership renewal process (send renewal notifications, chase overdue payments)
  • Increase member attendance at events, identify potential speakers
  • Seek testimonials from satisfied members
  • Upsell memberships and additional services for existing members
  • Respond promptly to member and prospect inquiries
  • Develop and implement effective membership retention and recruitment strategies
  • Support member events and annual conferences
  • Oversee member services as required (e.g. surveys)

Comprehensive training will be provided.
