Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent) and excellent communication skills. You will work collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver person-centered care and maintain accurate documentation.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as eating, grooming, and mobility
  • Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting residents' privacy
