Customer Experience Specialist Role

We seek a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to drive adoption of our technology capabilities and deliver lifecycle marketing automations for big brands.

This role is focused on being a platform expert, driving adoption of our tech capabilities for customers on various tools, and working closely with them to deliver effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a platform expert and drive adoption of our technology capabilities for customers on various tools.
  • Work closely with customers to deliver lifecycle marketing automations and manage automation programs.
  • Adapt automation program flows to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with consultants for larger customers and across ongoing strategic projects.
  • Provide strategy and execute it with the customer, refining it as needed.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact and trusted adviser for ongoing project-based customers.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular performance reports to customers and internally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in digital marketing, either brand-side or agency-side, with a foundation level understanding of CRM marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention marketing.
  • Previous hands-on experience with a marketing automation tool is preferred.
  • Avid learner who can think on their feet and use initiative to solve problems.
  • Rigorous and data-driven in your work, confident using Excel and other reporting or analytics tools.
  • Enthusiastic about digital marketing and marketing automation.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and personal time management.
  • Thrives in closely collaborating teams, carries a strong work ethic, and works closely with team members.
  • Fluent in English, highly computer literate, and able to work in Australia.
