Industrial Painting and Blasting Team Lead

At Monadelphous, we're committed to delivering exceptional results on our projects, and we're seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Blaster Supervisor to join our team in Newcastle.
This is a local position, and we offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
As an Industrial Painter/Blaster Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in the Mining industry, who is Trade qualified, and holds a NACE certification.
Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety, and experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
