At Monadelphous, we're committed to delivering exceptional results on our projects. As an Industrial Painter/Blaster Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our operations in the Hunter Valley.

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our painting and blasting teams in Newcastle. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities to ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.

You'll also be responsible for ensuring the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met. This is a local position, and we offer a relocation package for the right candidate.

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in the Mining industry.
  • Must be Trade qualified.
  • Holding a NACE certification is highly advantageous.
  • Be energetic and focused.
  • Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety.
  • Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
  • Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Open Drivers Licence.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
