About the Position

In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding nutrition and education to children. You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, early childhood regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals for children, considering dietary requirements and allergies
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and throughout the service
  • Manage stocktakes and ordering to optimize resources and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality food services and support educational programs
Requirements
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Certificate in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality (desirable)
  • Experience in Childcare or Aged Care settings
