Job Opportunity

This is a chance to take on a key role in overseeing daily operations of the Community Outreach Support Services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the organization including Independent Living Units, Family Accommodation Program, and Street to Home Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a collaborative working partnership within the leadership team.
  • Approve or reject client applications in consultation with relevant project teams.
  • Develop, review, and update team members' case plans.
  • Ensure timely submission of statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Build productive relationships within the team and contribute to quality performance and wellbeing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Welfare, Community Development, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in a social service environment, including supervising staff.
  • National police record check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Current WA Driver's license.
  • First Aid Certificate with CPR.
