About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Approving or rejecting client applications in consultation with project teams.
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating team members' case plans.
  • Gathering statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Developing productive relationships within the team and contributing to quality team performance and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrating a collaborative approach to service delivery and improvement.
