Early Childhood Educator

Uniting Kids Care Early Learning Springwood has been a cornerstone of our community for over 20 years, providing high-quality education and childcare services to families. We are seeking two casual Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
- Develop positive relationships with children, their families, and the community.
- Facilitate play-based learning environments that cater to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
- Completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous on-the-job experience (preferred).
- Passion for working with children of all ages.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
