About the Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Diploma Educator to join our team at Uniting Kids Care Early Learning Springwood. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged two to five years.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework
* Contribute to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework
* Develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and community members
* Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities
* Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Diploma in Children Services (essential)
* Previous experience working at a Diploma Level in an early learning service
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
* Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness
