About the Role

As a seasoned program delivery expert, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the successful delivery of digital projects across various teams.

This role requires structured planning, proactive risk management, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to achieve lasting and practical solutions.

  • Lead a team with diverse skills spanning across the project lifecycle, applying different delivery methodologies that suit the circumstances.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to the Digital Program Delivery team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to promote professional growth, encourage a solutions-oriented approach, and drive team performance.

Project Planning and Delivery:

  • Oversight of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to budget.
  • Support in developing project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating team efforts to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the Digital Program Delivery team and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports, addressing any changes, risks, or issues proactively.

Resource Allocation and Capacity Management:

  • Management of resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and balancing workloads.
  • Forecasting and planning for future resource needs based on project pipeline, adjusting resources as required to meet evolving priorities.

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identification, assessment, and management of risks and issues across all projects, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring team members understand and manage risks effectively.
  • Maintenance of a risk register, tracking and reporting on the status of key risks and mitigation activities.
