As a Field Service Technician, you will operate independently to ensure our clients receive outstanding service by activating and maintaining telecommunications and technology products and services, whether in residential or commercial settings.
You will engage in a collaborative team environment to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and business results that align with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Conduct maintenance and installation of copper cables, including fault detection, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
- Manage and maintain Fibre network technology, Core network technology, and Data services.
- Perform maintenance and installation of Customer Premises Equipment for both residential and commercial clients.
- Identify and resolve faults over copper networks in rural or remote locations.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold and maintain the necessary licenses and qualifications as mandated by regulatory authorities, along with a valid driver's license.
- Certificate III in Telecommunications
- Open cabling license
- Traffic management qualifications
- An industry white card
