Senior Security Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our team as a Senior Security Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day security threat monitoring and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in forensics, malware analysis, and threat intelligence, with a strong understanding of log collection and aggregation techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and contain threats to enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business applications.
  • Manage and support log collection, security scanning, intrusion detection, content filtering, and other security-related systems.
  • Review and triage security alerts, provide analysis, determine remediation, and escalate as appropriate.
  • Provide support for log management and SIEM solutions.
  • Investigate improper access, revoke access, report violations, and monitor information requests to ensure authorized access.

As a Senior Security Analyst, you will work closely with the security team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement security policies, and conduct incident response and root cause analysis.

Requirements:
  • Experience in forensics, malware analysis, threat intelligence, and log collection and aggregation techniques.
  • Ability to understand, modify, and create threat detection rules within a SIEM.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, PowerShell, or equivalent).
  • Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework tactics and techniques.
