Estimator and Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator and Project Manager to join our team at Select People. As a key member of our commercial landscape construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability and manage the tender lifecycle from assessment to handover.
- Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission, including conducting take-offs and measure plans.
- Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop site tracking and budget sheets from tendered information and procure key items.
- Submit variations and monthly progress claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Actively expand the client, subcontractor, and supplier base to drive business growth.
- Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
