Senior Civil Infrastructure Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diligently pursue excellence in project delivery across various sectors.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and drafters.
  • Support project design, coordination, quality control, and client liaison.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and authorities to drive project success.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Civil Infrastructure Manager to join our active engineering team. You will lead a small but high-performing team of civil and structural engineers and drafters, delivering specialist engineering, design and project delivery services for clients and projects across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for an independent and technically capable engineer who is solution focused. The objective is to grow the business by offering complementary services to existing clients, and organically establish new client relationships. You should be someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and team development. You'll play a key role in guiding clients through projects from concept through to operation.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • RPEQ registration (or eligibility) highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience, including team leadership or project management responsibilities.
