About the Role:
As a result of an ambitious growth strategy and ongoing success, there is an opportunity for a new Production Manager to join this established Australian firm. The ideal candidate will have a background in mining or quarry operations and experience in professional interactions with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership to the operational team, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization, including safety, customer service, personnel management, and business performance.
- Oversee production and logistics operations to ensure customer requirements are consistently met.
- Ensure the business is equipped to safely accommodate future growth while continuously improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Engage hands-on in production and logistics as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a hands-on Production Manager role or similar within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- A background in mining or quarry operations is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring a diverse workforce.
- Technical expertise and a mechanical trade qualification or degree are advantageous.
- Familiarity with maintenance principles, practices, and equipment reliability is highly regarded.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly in maintenance management systems.
