We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our renowned Property & Asset Management team, managing a stunning A-grade mixed-use development.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will provide support in the management of contractors, coordination of works within the buildings, statutory compliance, procedures, and risk management, with an emphasis on building and maintaining superior client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 6-star customer service to tenants and clients.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure on-site client expectations are met.
  • Manage vendors to deliver services on time and within budget.
  • Plan and manage contracts to ensure professional delivery at the right costs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations regarding fire, health, and safety standards.
  • Develop a strong presentation.
  • Adhere to escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Assist the team to ensure all Sustainability targets are met.
What We're Looking For:

A customer-centric mindset is essential, as you'll be serving the needs of tenants/clients and creating a positive workplace experience. Excellent customer service skills, responsiveness, and the ability to proactively address concerns are crucial.

A clear and proven understanding of WH&S and risk management are a must-have, along with commercial facilities/workplace or operations experience.

Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to navigate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels, and you are positive and tenacious in your daily approach.
