About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled lawyer with experience in construction and property disputes, including infrastructure disputes, building defects, and cladding claims. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian construction law and be able to provide strategic advice to clients across a range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

The role involves advising clients on complex construction disputes, including arbitrations, mediations, and litigated proceedings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting pleadings, conducting negotiations, and representing clients in court.

Requirements
