Retail Ambassador

You have the passion to make a difference in your community and contribute to a great cause. As a volunteer at The Salvation Army, you can play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and helping them find amazing items.
Your tasks will include receiving donations, sorting and lifting items, pricing, hanging stock, displaying and visual merchandising, and providing excellent customer service. While experience in customer service is desirable, on-the-job training and support will be provided.

- Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Complete The Salvation Army's volunteer registration, training, and induction modules
- Integrity checks may be required for working with minors
- A minimum of 3-6 hours per week between Monday and Saturday, as rostered
