What We're Looking For
We are seeking an Apprentice Baker to join our Baking Team. The successful candidate must be available for early morning shifts and willing to work a variety of shifts across a seven-day roster.

Your Key Roles and Responsibilities
As a member of our team, your key roles will include:
- Undertaking a Trade Certificate
- Producing high-quality breads, pastries, and sweets
- Working collaboratively with other bakers to maintain product quality
- Excellent organisational and communication skills to meet customer demands
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety
- Supporting other team members and fostering good working relationships
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards in Lenah Valley.
