We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic project team at HRG, a leading Telecommunications Infrastructure services company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site construction and technology integration on time and on budget, ensuring seamless delivery of Telecommunications projects.
  • Regularly report to management and clients on project status, building strong relationships and trust to exceed customer expectations.
  • Complete detailed budget and BOQ analysis based on site photos, FC, and other design documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange steelwork and NON-FIM material procurement based on design documents.
  • Develop and maintain a strong commitment to safety processes, fostering a positive safety culture within the team.
  • Finalize document acceptance and payment upon job completion with customers, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Oversee end-to-end site delivery and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including field teams and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with 3rd party services, crane, EWP, roof plumbers, and traffic controllers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management and clients on project status and recommendations.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day operational issues and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Effectively manage project timelines to ensure each phase is completed on schedule, avoiding delays and ensuring project success.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Telecommunications projects, including planning, designing, installing, and implementing.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role with proven delivery experience in Telecommunications projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high quality of work.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current valid full Drivers' License and AU full working rights.
