  • Mentoring and developing Finance Officers to support their growth and development in financial management roles.
  • Resolving complex issues across transactions, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Leading compliance and continuous improvement of financial systems, ensuring that all processes are efficient, accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Contributing to strategy as part of the Finance Leadership Team, providing expertise and guidance on financial matters.
  • Supporting organisational growth through strong financial management, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
 Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will have at least three years' experience in accounts payable/receivable and team leadership, solid knowledge of accounting practices, financial systems and digital applications. You will also have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, well-developed communication and problem-solving skills in cross-cultural environments, and current NT Ochre Card, Covid-19 vaccination and relevant post-secondary qualifications. Benefits:
