General Manager Strategy and Performance

This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, delivering strategic initiatives, performance improvement projects, and business transformation efforts that elevate our operations and amplify our social impact.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change and deliver strategic initiatives
  • Develop and empower high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Drive project leadership across MACSEYE through team leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Shape and refine organisational strategies and business plans, identifying opportunities and risks to guide executive decision-making

Key Qualifications
  • At least 10 years in strategy, business improvement, or related fields with a background in management consulting or in-house strategy highly regarded
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and complex projects with a hands-on, collaborative approach
  • Strong understanding of process improvement, operational excellence, financial sustainability, and service performance
  • Experience in early childhood education, health, community services, or related sectors with a passion for improving outcomes for children and families
