Executive Director of Corporate Performance

MannaCare seeks a senior executive leader to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of its corporate services portfolio.
This role involves driving financial sustainability, enabling care and services that change lives, and providing key advisory support to the CEO and Board.
The successful candidate will have deep expertise in finance and corporate services, with a proven track record in strategic budgeting, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
They will be responsible for leading teams across finance, payroll, procurement, marketing and growth, assets and capital management, and IT and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Financial Planning - Develop and implement financial plans to drive organisational growth and sustainability.
- Compliance Oversight - Ensure robust governance and compliance across all corporate functions.
- Team Leadership - Provide collaborative leadership and mentorship to directors and senior managers.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, Board, and external partners.
