
Administrative Governance Liaison

The Governance Support Officer role requires high-level administrative governance support to the CEO and Company Secretary.
This position will be based at a South Melbourne office and will report to the Manager Office of the CEO.
The Governance Support Officer will assist the Manager Office of the CEO with the preparation of Board and Committee meeting agendas, papers and minutes and provide assistance and support to Committee Chairs to ensure corporate governance responsibilities are complied with and managed efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
The Governance Support Officer will:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Provide administrative support to Board Committee Chairs, including preparation of agendas, meeting papers and taking accurate Committee meeting minutes.
- Assist the Company Secretary with the maintenance of governance compliance registers.
- Liaise with Board and Committee members to facilitate a strong collaborative working environment.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of systems which support the Board and Committees.
- Evaluate documents for confidentiality and maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all matters dealt with by the Board, Committees, CEO and Executive Directors.
