About This Role

We are seeking experienced trainers who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Job

This position involves delivering job-ready, nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging training across classroom, workplace and online settings, assessing learner competencies and providing constructive feedback, and contributing positively to the team and student experience.

  • Deliver training in various locations as required.
  • Assess learner competencies and provide constructive feedback.
  • Complete reporting and compliance requirements to a high standard.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent, and current driver's licence with a willingness to travel between locations. You must also have an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain). Additionally, you should hold an NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate (or be willing to obtain).
