About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Cookery Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training classes at our campus and practical classes at workshops, as well as preparing training materials and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training classes at the campus and practical classes at workshops.
  • Prepare training materials and assessment.
  • Mark assessments and prepare observation check lists for practical training sessions.

Requirements

  1. Cert IV in TAE 40116 or higher.
  2. Have some industry knowledge or vocational experience.
  3. Cert IV Commercial Cookery qualification.
