As a highly skilled Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient services and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding patient care and comfort
  • Manage doctors' appointment books and anticipate potential issues
  • Utilize medical software expertise, preferably Best Practice
  • Contribute to team management and multitasking

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years general medical practice experience or equivalent leadership qualities
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
  • Knowledge of RACGP accreditation standards and triage

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word and Excel
  • CPR certification

**Work Environment:**

  • Part-time/Casual position, core hours between 8 am and 5 pm with possible overtime
