We are seeking professionals to support the delivery of recreational programs for aged care residents. This role promotes their psychological, social, and physical wellbeing.

  • Develop and implement innovative activities and programs for residents.
  • Monitor and review recreational needs of aged residents.
  • Work sympathetically with people living with dementia.
About The Opportunity

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care and/or Cert IV in Lifestyle and Leisure.
  • Demonstrated experience working with the aged and an understanding of aged related conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement.
