As a Senior Consultant, you will provide subject matter expertise to our clients across a broad range of areas, including comprehensive credit reporting, responsible lending, best practice bureau strategy, credit modeling, and open banking.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in consultative and professional ways with clients to identify problems and define, design, and deliver solutions.
- Partner with sales as a trusted adviser to key clients to provide consultation and drive their business strategies.
- Help build pipeline for customer analytics and retros, and work closely with the credit services analytics team.
- Support solution design for clients by facilitating workshops, gathering, and validating requirements.
- Work in tandem with Product Management to optimize existing solutions and define and develop new capabilities and offerings.
- Deep domain knowledge with 8+ years of experience in credit risk, customer management, collections, modeling, analytics, and credit bureau is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with different work and communication styles to successfully work with a broad range of customers and Experian team members.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to demonstrate return on investment.
