Job Opportunity for Educators

As a qualified educator, you will provide quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Contributing to the development of programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
  • Developing positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families and community.
  • Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced educator with a diploma in children services who can demonstrate recording observations, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members.
