Retail Planogram Specialist

As a flexible and autonomous merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with retail store managers and team members in your local stores.

We are seeking individuals to work on a casual basis in retail stores, implementing new layouts on shelf. No prior experience is required, as we provide paid training.

  • Executing planograms/shelf layouts accurately and ensuring correct ticketing
  • Reporting tasks and good photos daily via our mobile app

We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus KMs and Super, as well as referral programs, ongoing training, recognition, and career opportunities.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for executing planograms/shelf layouts accurately and ensuring correct ticketing. They will also be required to report tasks and good photos daily via our mobile app.

Flexibility and autonomy are key to this role, allowing candidates to work independently and make decisions on their own. However, they must also be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates will need strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also essential.

Additionally, our ideal candidate will have an ability to work in a role that is physical and varied, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
