Business Analysis Role

The Business Analysis role involves playing a key part in developing and delivering digital products that have a significant impact on our customers. With a strong focus on innovation, this team builds and refines seamless technology experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing information to define and solve business problems.
  • Preparing project initiation documents, including scope, costings, benefits, and solution papers.
  • Supporting the development of business cases, financial models, and budget submissions to secure funding.
  • Reviewing and analyzing existing Power BI and DOMO platforms, identifying potential reporting improvements through data analysis.
  • Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support long-term business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with strong foundations in data analytics and business process analysis.
  • Interest in developing product development skills to support the team in industry research.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and improving medium to large applications.
  • Strong skills in DOMO and Power BI, including building and refining dashboards to deliver insights.
  • Experience with SharePoint, managing data/analytics that feed into dashboards.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Experience enhancing digital platforms and delivering actionable analytics.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, or actuarial studies.
