Job Description

We are seeking a talented Contracts Administrator to join our team on a 19:9 rotation. As a key member of the Subcontracts Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administration of contracts once they have been awarded.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all contractual terms are adhered to and assisting in resolving any post-award issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure subcontract terms are clear, feasible, and compliant.
  • Conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impact of contractual terms on the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Generate reports on contract performance, compliance, and relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role, with a focus on post-award management.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and its application in a business setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project management.
