The Role

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support our project team with effective management of contractual obligations and commitments. This includes ensuring subcontractor claims are processed in line with company policy and regulatory requirements, supporting and coordinating the review and timely approval (or dispute) of payment claims to clients, and managing key critical productivity data analytics for delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractual obligations and commitments
  • Process subcontractor claims
  • Coordinate review and approval of payment claims
  • Manage key critical productivity data analytics
  • Document control of correspondence and registers
  • Establish commercial processes and systems
  • Assist with month-end reporting

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
  • Experience in a Contract Administration role with exposure to construction projects
  • Ability to interpret and apply contracts
  • Solid understanding of cost control function in relation to payment of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Firm approach in upholding governance
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of apps
