**Job Description:**

This is an exceptional opportunity to provide outstanding support services for property division operations.

  • Manage existing and new tenancies, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Establish strong relationships with tenants and regional landlords.
  • Access and interpret real estate legislation and ethical practice.
  • Work effectively with real estate trust accounts.
  • Oversee maintenance issues, reporting and following up with the maintenance team or subcontractors.
  • Process applications promptly and efficiently.
  • List properties available for rent.
  • Manage arrears in a timely manner.
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections, along with routine inspections.
The Role's Key Responsibilities:

Key tasks include managing tenancies, establishing relationships with tenants and landlords, accessing real estate legislation, working with trust accounts, overseeing maintenance issues, processing applications, listing properties, managing arrears, conducting inspections, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419).
  • Proven experience in real estate property management.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Strong systems knowledge across various software, particularly PropertyMe.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks at any given time.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong ability to problem solve and think outside the box.
