Real Estate Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled property manager to join our team. As a property manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our property division.

  • Responsibilities include managing existing and new tenancies, establishing relationships with tenants and landlords, and overseeing maintenance issues.
  • You will also be responsible for processing applications, listing properties for rent, and managing arrears.

Key skills required for this role include strong systems knowledge, particularly in property management software, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is mandatory, as is proven experience in real estate property management and a current driver's license.
  • You will also need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
