The Deli Women and Children's Centre is a non-profit community service dedicated to supporting women and children affected by domestic and family violence. As a Domestic and Family Violence Counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed therapeutic support to women impacted by DFV.
Job Description- Provide individual counselling and case management services to women affected by domestic and family violence.
- Plan, facilitate, and evaluate group programs focused on trauma recovery and empowerment.
- Integrate somatic therapeutic interventions into counselling practices to support trauma recovery.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety planning with clients.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure holistic client support. If you have a strong commitment to working with women from diverse backgrounds and a passion for making a real impact, we encourage you to apply.
