Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and review educational programs, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Contribute to the development of a positive and productive team culture, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Participate in regular professional development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education
