We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Penfield. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and contributing to the growth and development of our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that meet the needs and interests of our children
- Build strong relationships with families and ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive
- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children
- Contribute to the development and review of our centre's educational programs and policies
