Senior Event Staff Coordinator

The role of an Event Staff member for the 2025 Senior State Championships entails ensuring a seamless and successful event. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up courts and equipment to ensure they are ready for matches.
- Verifying net height and tension to guarantee a safe playing environment.
- Organizing scoreboards and distributing match equipment to facilitate smooth gameplay.
- Monitoring match progress and court activity to identify areas requiring attention.
- Adjusting net heights as needed to maintain fair play.
- Collecting and verifying completed score sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Recording match results in the VQ Results Management System to provide a comprehensive record.
To be considered for this role, prior experience in venue or event management is essential. Additionally, a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card – PAID) is mandatory.
