Job Title: Maintenance Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning of scheduled maintenance requests from our customers and part 42 organizations.
- Ensure that maintenance is completed in line with AMO procedures and policies, meeting contractual agreements, and aligning planned work with available labor capacity.
- Manage the production planning process to ensure seamless maintenance event execution, identifying turn times, resource requirements, and stakeholder needs.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to drive continual excellence in safety, compliance, on-time performance, and organizational values.
About You:
- You should have a detailed understanding of aircraft line and light maintenance operations, an aircraft trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an aviation stream, and experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Prior experience with TRAX and Microsoft Office is also desirable.
