Our diverse client base includes prominent residential builders, industrial and commercial development companies, government agencies, and architects.

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our high-performing team in our Melbourne CBD office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil designs and documentation for single and multi-unit dwellings and basements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative civil designs and documentation for residential and commercial projects
  • Collaborate with internal engineers to ensure accurate completion of projects
  • Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to discuss project scope, expectations, and problem-solving
  • Manage project work from concept design to construction, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution
  • Previous experience with designing pump systems, onsite detention systems, outfall drains, and general civil drainage
  • Proficiency in engineering design software tools, including OSD4, Melbourne Stormwater, and Music Modelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced ability to interpret Australian standards and building codes
