They will be resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, and skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.

The role involves handling complex situations with empathy and composure, making a meaningful impact on others. Our team promotes autonomy and supports residents around the clock, fostering independence within a shared living environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and daily assistance to clients with high needs
  • Supporting clients who use wheelchairs and have additional medical needs
  • Handling complex situations with empathy and composure
  • Working collaboratively with the team to promote autonomy and independence

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent, and have experience working with high-needs Disability clients. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, and hold a valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check.
