- Deliver beverages to gaming rooms with efficiency and professionalism.
- Complete payout dockets and troubleshoot minor gaming machine faults.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in gaming rooms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RSA and RCG qualifications, with ARCG preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills, with ability to create memorable experiences.
- Excellent time management and pressure handling skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good working knowledge of WH&S principles and ability to work on feet for up to 10 hours.
