Transforming Education through Inclusive Practice

We are seeking a passionate and committed educator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and deliver inclusive programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on curriculum adjustments, inclusive practice, and the effective use of technology-enhanced learning.
  • Coordinating student support plans, personalised adjustments, and compliance processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Building strong partnerships with families, allied health professionals, and support staff to promote student wellbeing and academic success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A commitment to Christian values and a strong faith background.
  • Registration or eligibility with the relevant teaching authority.
  • Experience and knowledge in inclusive education, neurodiversity, differentiation, and disability standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and collaborative skills.
