Associate Learning Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Associate Learning Designer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of online learning by collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to create innovative digital resources.


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to partner with our educators to design high-quality digital resources that align with best practice standards. You will be responsible for delivering training that empowers staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.

  • Partner with Educators to design engaging digital resources and tools aligned with industry best practices.
  • Deliver training programs that equip staff to effectively teach and engage in online learning environments.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
  • Apply organizational templates and protocols within our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
  • The ability to respond appropriately to diverse clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
  • Demonstrated success in developing learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training (desirable).
