Family Life is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Risk and Quality Officer to join our Clinical Practice and Quality team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting clinical governance and quality assurance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Clinical Governance Committee operations and documentation.
- Administer critical incident and complaint processes.
- Maintain clinical risk registers and support risk treatment planning.
- Lead internal and external quality audits, including ISO 9001 compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with the OHS Officer to ensure clinical governance aligns with safety standards.
- Facilitate governance committees and the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group.
- Support the implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan.
- Assist with privacy and data protection functions.
- Provide corporate governance support to the Director of Clinical Practice, Evidence and Quality, CEO, and Board.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to make a meaningful contribution to the organisation's clinical governance and quality assurance efforts.
Requirements:- Strong understanding of clinical governance principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
